Punthill Epping is on the final stretch and Practical Completion fast approaching the project team is putting the finishing touches on what has been an outstanding development.

Externally, the site is looking sharp, permanent power is now connected, driveways have been poured, and asphalt and kerbing are complete. Soft and hard landscaping works have also wrapped up, bringing a polished finish to the building's surroundings.

Inside, all apartments have been defected and are progressing through final settlement checks. Corridors are being cleaned and signage installed, with every passing day bringing the building one step closer to handover.
