Balmain & Co is proud to have partnered with MAB Corporation, Homes Victoria and HousingFirst to successfully deliver the first of two landmark residential communities within the Bell Station precinct in Preston.

Designed by Hayball, Archier, Breathe and TCL, Preston Crossing brings together a diverse mix of private apartments, townhouses, social housing and a Nightingale development, creating an inclusive, connected community that caters to a range of housing needs.

Every apartment and townhouse was designed with sustainability at its core, achieving 5-Star Green Star and 7-Star NatHERS ratings. The completed precinct also includes a HousingFirst office to support residents, a neighbourhood café overlooking a pocket park, and a network of interconnected pedestrian laneways that encourage community connection and walkability.

Now complete, Preston Crossing has played a significant role in revitalising the neighbourhood, delivering thoughtfully designed homes and vibrant shared spaces that enhance the character of the area while creating a lasting sense of place for residents and the wider community.
